Background

Janice Innis-Thompson oversees and manages TIAA-CREF's compliance program, working closely with the company's business units and support areas to develop and maintain compliance processes and procedures, integrating them into business processes across the organization.

 

Pror to joining TIAA-CREF in October 2006, Innis-Thompson was the senior compliance counsel at Tyco International and, before that, International Paper.  Previously, she was an Assistant United States Attorney.  She holds a B.A. with honors and a J.D. from the University of Florida.
